Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 July 2026

These terms cover the macOS apps published on ontagonal.app and the licenses sold for them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who you are dealing with

The apps are made and published by Timotei Petre, an independent developer based in Romania (“I”, “me”). Contact: [email protected].

When you buy a license, the seller for that transaction is FastSpring, acting as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the purchase itself alongside these terms.

2. The apps are licensed, not sold

Buying a license gives you the right to use the app. It does not transfer ownership of the software.

3. What a license allows

LicenseWhat you get
ScreenGo Pro — 1 Year All Pro features for 13 months (12 + 1 bonus month) counted from the moment you activate the code. One activation per Mac.
ScreenGo Pro — Lifetime All Pro features permanently, including future updates to the app. Re-activatable on the same Mac, for example after reinstalling.

A license is for your personal use on the Macs you use. Buy the quantity you need — each purchased unit gives you one code.

Please do not publish, share or resell license codes. The codes are verified offline, which is what lets the apps work without an account or an internet connection; the flip side is that a published code can be used by anyone who finds it. Treat it like a password.

4. The free tier and the trial

ScreenGo includes a 14-day free trial of everything, and full-screen capture keeps working free forever after the trial ends. You can evaluate the app fully before paying anything. No card is required for the trial.

5. Delivery

Licenses are delivered as a code by email, normally within minutes of purchase. The app itself is a free download from this site — a purchase unlocks features in the app you already have, so there is nothing else to wait for.

If your code does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with your order number and I will sort it out.

6. Support

Support is by email at [email protected]. I am one person, so I do not promise a response time — but these are small apps and I usually know the answer straight away.

7. Requirements

The apps require a Mac with Apple Silicon running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. If your Mac does not meet that, the app will not run, and the 14-day trial is there so you can find that out before paying.

8. Updates

Updates are provided when there are updates to provide. A lifetime license includes future updates of that app. A new, separate app is a new product, not an update.

9. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as it is, without any promise that it will be free of defects or fit for a particular purpose beyond what applicable law requires. I limit my liability to the maximum extent the law allows.

Nothing here removes your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep every right the law gives you — including your rights when a product is faulty — whatever these terms say. Where a term conflicts with consumer law, the law wins.

10. Refunds

14 days, no questions asked. The details are on the refund policy page.

11. Ending a license

You can stop using an app whenever you like. I may end a license if it is being used in a way these terms prohibit — for example a code published publicly and used by many people — but I would contact you first.

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already made.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
